project news...Nobella is the Garden's Style Director

While working on a shoot with a model, I asked Nobella if she could help me out with some jewelry to compliment the look. She said yes...then she pointed out that we picked the wrong skirt for the look. Then she went with us on the shoot.

The rest is history.

We spent a great deal of time going concepts for future shoots and we both became inspired. I found her vision refreshing. And I, honestly, found her appreciation of mine, comforting. I look forward to creating more images with her.

In the meantime...does anyone else have ideas for images? What would you like to see in the Garden?

crazy busy!!!!!

It's been a minute since I updated the blog. The interest in building a web portal is growing and the labor to put the vision together is intensive. There's a lot to do, not the least of which are shoots and presentations. I'll go into more detail as things progress. These captures are looks at the behind-the-scenes of the first shoot we did for the site. This is exciting!

nobella of new orleans...

I met her on my birthday a few years ago...smiling & sassy.


She's a youngun' who never took me seriously but she could tell me stories, just about her life, that inspired me to create new myths and art of my own. Talented in her own right she's always been great muse.

She creative (always making things) and she loves life. I am always uplifted when I'm around her.

I wanted to capture her surrounded by her creations and I asked her to say something about herself and work. Took her FOREVER. And then she sent me this...
